1. Overview
Welcome to Sculpted. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sculpted.lt (the “Site”) and any related content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Sculpted, operated by MB “Spotdex” (company information at the end of these Terms).
By visiting, browsing, or purchasing through our Services, you agree to these Terms and our policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy [LINK], Refund Policy [LINK], and Shipping Policy [LINK]. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Access and account
To use certain parts of the Services or place an order, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing, payment, and shipping details. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Products and product information
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, product colors and appearance may vary depending on your device and screen settings.
Handmade products
All Sculpted products are handmade. Minor variations in color, texture, stitching, or finishing may occur. These natural differences are part of each item’s uniqueness and do not constitute a defect.
We may update product descriptions, availability, and pricing at any time.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock availability issues.
Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation from us. If we cancel or change an order, we will attempt to contact you via the details provided at checkout.
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy [LINK] and applicable law.
5. Prices and payment
Prices displayed on the Site may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time of checkout and stated in your order confirmation.
Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown including applicable taxes, and shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout before you complete payment.
You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge the payment method for the total order amount.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and fees are shown at checkout and further described in our Shipping Policy [LINK]. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods. European Consumer Centers Network+1
7. Right of withdrawal (EU distance sales)
If you are a consumer and your order is shipped within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from delivery, without giving any reason, subject to legal exceptions. European Union+1

8. Legal guarantee (conformity of goods)
If you are a consumer, you are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity. The seller is liable for lack of conformity that exists at delivery and becomes apparent within at least 2 years from delivery (subject to applicable rules and remedies). European Commission+2EUR-Lex+2
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits this legal guarantee.
9. Relationship with Shopify

Sculpted is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Sculpted. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Sculpted, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Sculpted.
10. Privacy
All personal information we collect is handled under our Privacy Policy [LINK]. The Services are hosted by Shopify, which may process personal information in order to provide and improve its services. Please review our Privacy Policy [LINK] for details.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the Services, including trademarks, text, graphics, images, and design elements, belongs to Sculpted or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
12. Prohibited uses
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Services, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Services to distribute harmful code or spam.
13. Errors and updates
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information (including after an order is placed). If a material change affects your order, we will attempt to contact you.
14. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We provide the Services on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties except where prohibited by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law, and nothing affects your mandatory consumer rights.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it. You may also have the right to contact Lithuania’s consumer authority (State Consumer Rights Protection Authority).
