At Sculpted, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Handmade products
All Sculpted products are handmade. Due to the nature of handcrafting, slight variations in color, texture, stitching, or finishing may occur. These natural differences are part of each item’s uniqueness and do not qualify as defects. If you have any questions about an item before purchasing, please contact us at sculpted.lt@gmail.com
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be in the same condition as when you received it
Be unworn and unused
Have all original tags attached (if applicable)
Be in its original packaging
Include proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to start a return

The reason for the return
If your return is approved, we will provide clear instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns must be sent to the return address provided by us via email.
Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The customer is also responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping label.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at sculpted.lt@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to:
Return the item you have
Place a new order once your return is approved
European Union – 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
To qualify under this rule, items must be unused and in original condition, and original packaging, tags (if applicable), and proof of purchase are required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved:
The refund will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within 10 business days
Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
