1) Shipping locations
We currently ship to customers in Lithuania only.
International shipping is coming soon. Follow updates on Instagram @sculpted.lt.
2) Delivery method (parcel lockers)
Orders in Lithuania are delivered to parcel lockers. At checkout, you can choose the most convenient parcel locker provider:
LP Express
Omniva
SmartPosti
3) Order processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Processing may take slightly longer during peak periods.
4) Delivery times
Lithuania: delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
5) Shipping fees
Standard shipping in Lithuania to parcel lockers costs €3.50.
Free shipping is available for orders over €100 within Lithuania.
6) Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when available.
If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us at sculpted.lt@gmail.com.
7) Address changes
If you need to change your shipping details after placing an order, please contact us at sculpted.lt@gmail.com within 24 hours.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
8) Incorrect address and failed delivery
Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details, reshipping costs may apply.
9) Unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is not collected within the carrier’s holding period and is returned to us, the original shipping fee is non refundable and return and reshipping fees may apply.
10) Shipping issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at sculpted.lt@gmail.com. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
